I’m currently working on a real estate project, for which I am co-owner. The project is over at Duplex.net, and while the main features of the site are still under construction, you can still see the logo and minimalist design that we’ve put online temporarily.

The logo features the duality of duplexes in 2 ways. First, the 2 doors to a single building unit; second, the 2 elliptical shapes of different colors uniting as one around the unit.

We’ve also decided to distributed the blog theme freely, under the GPL license. You can find the duplexes theme and the instructions about it over at The Duplex Blog. The theme doesn’t have exactly the same design as what Duplex will have, but it has some similarities.

Duplex.net will be all about duplexes, obviously :P Mainly, it will feature a network of duplex professionals across North America and output listings of duplexes. We’re currently working on the profiles for brokers and various functions. Thought I’d share a sneak peak!
